The future jobs will be found in small businesses

The battle of the Swedish voters in September will largely be about who has the best policy for people to get jobs. I am convinced that it is the alliances that are able to create more jobs.

The labor policy was on the top of the agenda four
years ago. The job issue has been debated extensively since then and will continue to be the most important conflict in the election campaign.

The jobs are one of our most important issues for the future and the alliance will be the guarantor that it should be more profitable to work and to employ in the future.

The jobs create a community, a sense of belonging
and allow you to support yourself. The new jobs are largely created by people who have followed their dream to run a business. The reforms that the alliance implemented during the length of office have been developed to make it easier, more fun and more profitable to be employed.

But the important thing is that we have taken several steps towards the goal that employees and entrepreneurs should be treated more equally. If so, we can get closer to the vision that it should be as natural to start your own business as to seek employment.

We must remember that there are only a certain amount of jobs to distribute, the more optimistic people are the more business ideas can result in real businesses and real jobs.

We have to create conditions so that this becomes possible. This is one of our most important missions as politicians, as well as understanding the potential of young people.

I am confident that we have the best generation of
entrepreneurs among those who are young today. 15 percent in each age group run a company this year and figures show that nearly a quarter of them will run a business a decade later and employ three to four people. There is a tremendous entrepreneurial spirit that should be provided with opportunities.

I seem to imagine that the long-awaited valuation
shift has now begun to emerge in the approach to work and business. It is important that this continues so that the alliance can assist individuals to get more jobs and encourage them to start a business - especially young people - even in the next four years. More jobs will result in that more companies dare to employ.

The future jobs will be found in small businesses.
