China´s market is growing steadily and lots of companies have entered this huge market. Today it is important that the various countries has a good relationship with China, since China's global role has been strengthened considerably and will continue to be strong in the future.
It is no longer enough to only have established business on the market. Now, the government´s focus is to strengthen their relations with China, thus positioning themselves in order to take advantage of the growth.
In a press release, it was announced that a Swedish delegation has traveled to China in order to make Sweden an important country on the market. Many Swedish companies have established operations in the country and this delegation, which consists of the King of Sweden and the Industrial Minister Maud Olofsson, will help to promote Swedish companies on the market.
Swedish companies are trying to distinguish themselves with the help of environmental technology and they now hope that the Chinese should pay attention to the Swedish environmental concepts.
There are also discussions on cooperation in the mining sector. China has a big future needs of steel due to the country's railway expansion, where there are plans to expand the rail network to Europe in order to get faster transport to the Atlantic coast and the U.S.
