Russia - A country in change

Not too long ago, Russia was perceived as a Communist country with a planned economy and the worst enemy imaginable. Today, this perception is about to change as the political system in the country is changing and a Russian middle class is emerging.

It becomes more difficult each year to distinguish
a Russian middle class from the Western middle class. The Russian middle class shop more and are interested in innovative ideas and high-tech products.

Swedish companies begin to open their eyes for Russia, but do not dare to enter the market. Although several companies have Russian-speaking Swedes, it is not sufficient enough to establish relationships with potential partners and businesses in Russia. The language barrier and the clash of cultures do not make it easier for Swedish entrepreneurs.

I know exactly how it works and can help others
with the right contacts and advise on how to do business in the country. I allow for Swedish companies to grow internationally and establish and develop business relationships with potential partners in Russia.

I grew up in East Russia in Kamchatka, which is
known for its beautiful scenery with volcanoes and green forests, and good sea delicacies like crab and trout roe. I have studied at the university in Vladivostok - the city by the sea near Japan. I have also worked in Blagoveschensk located close to the Amur River, which serves as the border between Russia and China.

I have lived in several different regions of Russia,
which has provided me with great market knowledge. Russia is not only about Moscow and St. Petersburg. The country has a lot more to offer which Swedish entrepreneurs tend to forget.

I had lived and worked in Moscow before I moved
to Stockholm with my family in the year of 2000. It did not take long before I decided to get a Swedish degree in export business development and international marketing at the Stockholm International Business School. Since I speak Russian, Swedish and English fluently, the international perspective was a conscious choice in my career. I appreciate working in international environments that provide a good incentive for the exchange of ideas.

I started to carry out projects in international
marketing, from planning to implementation under the agreed framework and conditions. In recent years, I have worked with the export and business developments in an international environment as the Export Manager at several companies.

I understand that there is a great need for marketing and language skills among Swedish companies wanting to expand internationally and establish business in Russia.

I have decided to start working as a business consultant focusing on the Russian market. I offer services that are needed to establish a business and even products, services or ideas on the Russian market.

If your company has never done business with
Russian companies, I will start a new project, depending on your needs, and I will make a schedule that suits you the best.

In case you already have some contacts on
the Russian market, but have had difficulties to develop them, I will help you establish good and long-term relationships with potential partners and customers so that it is in line with the business objectives and strategies.

If you are looking for new business opportunities
, I will analyze the market and present all the opportunities that are there and lead you on the right path to successful business in Russia.

I will work as a link between your company in
Sweden and your potential partners in Russia.
