Cyprus offers more than low taxes

Cyprus has been referred to as a "tax haven" for foreign investors and many have chosen to move to the island only for business-related reasons.

Cyprus has invested in a so-called "Investor Service Center"
operated by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism. The goal is to attract and support foreign direct investments and they are also responsible for the investors' needs.

Here you can get help with questions about investments and how to proceed in order to succeed in the best way. International services are extremely popular and language skills are good.

The strategic location of Cyprus is very favorable for investment since the island is situated in the middle of three continents. Investors have exploited this and use the island as a base for investment and business.

The EU membership accelerated investments on the island. It became official on May 1st, 2004 and this has also contributed to the fact that Cyprus offers one of the lowest corporate tax rates across the EU.

The business and tourism community has contributed to that the island has had a stable economic development. Tourists contribute to business opportunities in many industries such as the restaurant and hotel sector as well as the property market where the activity has risen sharply.

The areas that dominate are the service sector, financial services, tourism and housing services.
