Norway favors Swedish employees

Individuals talk about Norway's opportunities in various fields. Especially young individuals who have had difficulties finding jobs enter the Norwegian market. The Norwegian employers are very pleased about the fact that Swedish employees find their way to Norway.

Norwegian employers specifically ask for Swedish
workers when they hire. This is something that has been confirmed by Norwegian agencies, and some Norwegian job seekers feel that the Swedes are favored on their domestic market.

This case, however, applies to some sectors. In particular within construction, service and health sectors, Swedes are more popular than Norwegians.

Those who are in a good position and most coveted are
nurses with specialist skills. The Norwegians believe that Swedes genuinely are "hard workers" and also loyal to their employers.

The biggest incentive is of course the salary. The paycheck
is often 70 percent higher than in Sweden.
