Boulogne-Billancourt, in the western suburbs of Paris, as the location for its Division 4 headquarters, combining Western Europe, Eastern Europe and North America (United States, Canada). Establishing the Division 4 headquarters will further strengthen the importance of France within the group.

According to Zhu Jin Yun, President of ZTE Division 4,

Today, ZTE is an important player in the French economy, with local offices established on a durable basis ready to meet the needs of operators and the general public.”
