Clear trend - More companies are looking to new markets

Today, many companies choose to establish themselves abroad, but it is not only about finding new markets. The financial environment has changed in recent years and the global market has become smaller.

Previously, it has only been perceived as an opportunity
to establish on other markets when the domestic market has been too small, but today companies are looking to other markets in order to be able to continue their business.

Now, it is not about selecting a neighboring market. Instead, you need to see where the opportunities exist. A trend has been to establish in low cost countries with low labor costs and Asia have recently become the most popular choice.

Nolato is a company that follows this trend and is now concentrating its telecom business to Asia. They want to maintain and strengthen their customer relationships, and customers have chosen to locate their production in low cost countries. This will affect approximately 60 employees says managing director and CEO Hans Porat.

NOW companies take action. But the question then is how
it will go for Swedish companies that choose to stay on the domestic market when the global world is getting smaller. One advice is to look at different options and follow the trend that is going on right now.
