India shows optimism

A new barometer by Grant Thornton International shows that business optimism is at its peak in India out of the four largest trading nations. In addition to India are the United States, China and Japan.

7.200 privately-owned companies were included in the survey
and the following table presents the results, where pessimism is highest in Japan.

The study also considered business plans of different designs
and it was apparent that the business plans usually includes 1-3 years into the future where companies in countries with political and economic stability have the most long-term business plans (in percentage).

In unstable countries, the conditions are different and result
in that business plans will be adapted for the short term.
