More and more companies are establishing in China

China continues to attract without weakening international companies. Last out is the auditing and consulting firm Grant Thornton International, which is expanding strongly in the region with its new member firms, has 1.500 employees.

The company Jingdu Tinwhua Certified Public Accountants
headquartered in Beijing and will practice in the Grant Thornton name.

The member company offers a full range of services in
audit, tax and advisory services to listed companies as well as state and privately owned companies. The new member of the company is working today even with foreign companies.

Meanwhile, the new member company has partnered with three of the existing audit firm representing Grant Thornton in China. The merger thus creates a company with about 1,500 employees, including 60 partners with offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Taiyuan and Changchun.

David McDonnell, CEO of Grant Thornton International, said in a statement:
- I am very pleased to welcome the employees of this company to the Grant Thornton International Management.

We have been impressed much of both craftsmanship as the
company's reputation. They give us a strong foothold in all major financial centers in the country. This is a further step in building a strong independent national member firms in China with high international expertise.
