All tax offices in the Nordic countries have agreed on how taxes should be managed between the different countries. If you live on the border and work in another Nordic country they have agreed that you pay taxes in country you reside, provided that you sleep at least two nights a week in your country of living.
It has been agreed that the Swedes working on renovations of the Svinesund Bridge always pay taxes in Sweden because otherwise the tax would be decided by which side of the bridge you're working on.
This would surely create problems because it is better to pay tax in Norway since they have a lower tax level, and it would probably result in that all Swedes would like to only be renovating the Norwegian part of the bridge.
