The main message of the German government's explanation is lower taxes, more jobs and more growth. German employers are satisfied and believe that Chancellor Angela Merkel's strategy is the right way to secure the future.
Cut in taxations by 22 billion Euros starting from January 2010 will be followed by further tax cuts in 2011. These tax credits are related to both the corporate sector and households.
Germany will not allow contractual general minimum wages, which is considered to be an obstacle to the new coveted jobs.
Furthermore, new flexible labor regulations will be introduced with a view to increase the mobility and flexibility of labor markets aiming to develop new, alternative employment opportunities.
In future Germany, work should be promoted. To finance unemployment costs huge sums.
- If there would be 100 000 fewer unemployed, it would reduce the spending by two billion Euros, said Angela Merkel
