WHEN MAKE IT IN INDIA AB decided to set up an offshore business in India and initiate collaboration with SPAN Infotech, they believed that introducing a contact between Indian IT consultants and the client would be sufficient.

ÅKE PIHLANEN’S advice when it comes to offshore is to choose your partner with care and make thorough research in advance.

- The most common mistake is being too keen and not surveying your partner carefully. It is common to rush into things too fast without reflection, which could prove costly to the company afterwards,
